1. When did the loyalty program cease?

We have ceased the old physical card program since November 2020.

 

In view of the cessation, we have initiated a 2-year transition period from November 2020 till 30 November 2022, allowing customers to transfer their credits from the old loyalty card to a digital program that was launched in November 2022.

 

Effective 1st December 2022, service with our previous loyalty card service provider has been discontinued. Hence, any remaining value in the old loyalty card will no longer be valid and accepted in any Heavenly Wang outlets.

2. Was there any announcement or notification made on the cessation?

Yes. We had placed a discontinuation message in our stores and on our social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook) to inform our customers.
 

As the physical card is a stored-value card that requires no personal data registration, we did not do any invasive notification such as email or SMS to inform customers.

3. I have a digital membership account. Is the program still running?

Since 1st November 2023, we have ceased top-up service to your digital account via our outlets as part of the process to discontinue the programme and had informed that the credits were due to expire by 30 June 2024.

 

As of 26 Jun 2024, we have extended the use of your digital credits till 30 Sep 2024, instead of the earlier informed date of 30 June 2024 as we understand you may not have the opportunity to use your credits. This will be our final extension. We encourage you to utilize your credits before then as all unused balance will be forfeited and no further extension will be granted. Do note that all other prior loyalty programmes will no longer be available (refer point 1). We look forward to your continued support as we seek new ways to reward you.

4 How can I check the balance in my digital account?

Simply log in to our member portal at rewards.wangcafe.com with your registered mobile number to view your account details and balance.

5. I am a Heavenly Wang's loyal customer. Will you be introducing any more loyalty program?

We are thankful for your continued support. 

It is definitely our priority to provide you with a rewarding experience. While we look for better ways to reward you, we have launched a very attractive voucher booklet - $50 value for $43, as part of our 70th birthday celebration last year! It is still on-going and whilst stock last.
