Thank you for signing up with Shiok! Retail Concepts Pte. Ltd., its affiliates and/or subsidiaries’s loyalty programmes and marketing activities (the “Loyalty Programmes”). We manage our Loyalty Programmes on e-platforms provided by Advocado Pte Ltd (“Advocado”).

To enjoy the benefits of our Loyalty Programmes, you agree to create (or have previously created) an account with Advocado (your “Loyalty Account”) and agree to provide (or continue to provide) your personal data such as personal information (name, date of birth etc), contact information, financial or transactional information (collectively, your “Personal Data”).

When you visit us or when you make transactions, your Personal Data may be collected by us directly or disclosed to us by Advocado.

You agree that we and/or Advocado may collect, use, disclose and/or process your Personal Data (a) to manage our Loyalty Programmes, (b) to enable you to use your Loyalty Account, (c) to enable us and/or Advocado to send you information on our Loyalty Programmes via text and/or email, (d) for reasonable business and operational purposes and/or (e) for any other purposes permitted under
the laws of Singapore.

You may withdraw your consent for our continued collection, use and/or disclosure of your Personal Data to some or all of the above purposes by giving us 28 days’ written notice at dpo@advocado.me.

Depending on the scope of consent withdrawn, you may not be able to (a) access parts of your Loyalty Account, (b) view your transactional information with us and/or (c) use any unused loyalty incentives, stored value, prepaid items and the like.

You may also withdraw your consent for Advocado’s continued collection, use and/or disclosure of your Personal Data by giving Advocado 28 days’ written notice at dpo@advocado.me. After your consent is withdrawn, your Loyalty Account will be completely deleted AND you will not be able to (a) access your Personal Data (including your transactional information with us and all other merchants that are also using Advocado’s e-platforms) and (b) use any unused loyalty incentives, stored value, prepaid items and the like.

Fraudulent redemption(s) may lead to police report and we reserve the rights to void all claim(s), offer(s) and/or redemptions.
